GALA DINNER

The Gala Dinner will take place Wednesday 4th September at 7pm, will be held in the competition venue and includes a musical show.

Service: Dinner will be served at the table by a contracted restaurant

Attirement: casual comfortable

General Menu:

The menu includes the two main dishes

Appetizer: Scrambled eggs with asparagus; Black pork ham; Goat cheese; Olives and Bread.

Fish dish: Codfish au gratin with spinach and lettuce salad.

Meat Dish: Pork tenderloins in the oven, with browned potatoes and vegetable rice.

Desserts: Fruit salad or rice pudding.

Drinks: water; Orange juice; white/red wine “margaça de Pias”; White/Ink bleed and coffee.

Vegetarian Menu

Appetizer: Scrambled eggs with asparagus; Mushroom val au vent; Olives and Bread. 

Main dish: Sauteed Vegetable Puff

Desserts: Fruit salad or rice pudding.

Drinks: water; Orange juice; white/red wine “margaça de Pias”; White/Ink bleed and coffee.

Note: Beer, canned soft drinks, sparkling water, white drinks are not included in this menu and will be charged separately.
